Khirkiya Terms & Conditions — please read before you start

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between Khirkiya and its users. By using the Khirkiya website (https://khirkiya.bio) or any of its services, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms.

Khirkiya reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected on the website, and registered users will be notified by email. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To open an account and use betting services on Khirkiya, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

Bet Acceptance & Rejection

Khirkiya reserves the right to accept or reject any bet, particularly in the following cases:

• When abnormal odds are displayed due to a technical error.
• If the bet amount exceeds the set limit.
• If the match has already started (for pre-match bets).
• If the relevant event is cancelled or postponed.

Match Cancellation & Postponement Rules

If a match is cancelled, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned. If a match is abandoned mid-way, the specific rules for that sport will apply.

Live Betting

Odds change rapidly during live betting and may continue to change until a bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, the odds at which the bet was placed are final.

All financial transactions on Khirkiya are secure and transparent. Below are the key rules governing deposits and withdrawals:

Withdrawal Terms

• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses apply to eligible accounts only.
• For each bonus Wagering Requirement Fixed — typically 5–10 times the bonus amount.
• Bets placed with bonus funds must be on eligible games and meet the minimum odds requirement.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Khirkiya:

• Operating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Registering using another person's personal information.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Abusing bonus terms or claiming bonuses in a fraudulent manner.
• Exploiting technical glitches on the platform.
• Using bots or automated software without authorisation.
• Using Khirkiya for money laundering or as a source of illegal funds.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be suspended immediately without prior notice, and all funds in the account may be confiscated.

Khirkiya believes betting should be a form of entertainment, not a burden. That's why we offer the following tools to support responsible betting:

• Deposit Limits: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Bet Limits: Set a maximum bet amount within a defined time period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a betting break for anywhere between 24 hours and 7 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Account closure options ranging from 30 days to permanent.
• Reality Check: Notifications about how long you have been betting at set intervals.

Khirkiya may temporarily or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Registration using false information.
• Proof of being underage.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months).

Users may close their account at any time. Any valid funds remaining in the account should be withdrawn before closure.

Should any dispute arise between Khirkiya and a user, the following steps will be followed:

• Step Two: Our support team will aim to provide an initial resolution within 72 hours.
• Step Three: If the issue remains unresolved, it will be escalated to senior management.
• Final Step: If necessary, disputes will be resolved through arbitration via a neutral third party.

Including your account ID, date, amount, and a detailed description when submitting a complaint will help ensure a faster resolution.

Khirkiya is not liable for:

• If a bet is missed due to an internet disconnection.
• For delays or errors caused by third-party payment services.
• For losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the user.
• For temporary service interruptions caused by unforeseen technical issues.
• For personal financial losses resulting from betting decisions.

Khirkiya reserves the right to modify these Terms, in part or in full, at any time. In the event of changes:

• Updated Terms will be published on the website along with a revised date.
• For major changes, a notice will be sent to your registered email address.
• Continued use of the service after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
